Data protection and planned procedures to assure systems are never 'down' characterize these events. What are they?

There is nothing more critical to financial systems than protecting and securing data. The two events referred to in this question are the [High Availability] HA Rollover and the Disaster Recovery Plan test. The next HA Rollover will start on Sunday, April 19th at 9:00 pm with a series of testings performed at scheduled times through Wednesday evening, April 22nd.
